What is the House

About.

To humanize business is to make it more beautiful.

The House of Beautiful Business is a community poised to humanize business in the age of machines. Bringing together fresh voices and 300 CEOs, founders, investors, artists, philosophers, and scientists in a playful and intimate setting, it is a unique space for creating positive visions for technology and humanity.

The House of Beautiful Business takes place in Lisbon right before and during Web Summit, from November 3rd to 8th, 2018. It opens its doors in two locations—the 16th-century Academy of Sciences and, just steps away, the Dear Lisbon Gallery House, a vintage hotel in the central Sao Bento district dedicated to all things beautiful all week.

The House of Beautiful Business is an invitation-only event. You may request an invitation here. There are also a limited number of Fellowships available for select leaders from business, civil society, and academia.

The House is curated, produced, and hosted by The Business Romantic Society in collaboration with the BCG Henderson Institute, along with strategic partners Galp Energia and T-Systems.
