Laura questions the provenance of everything we consume.
A Canadian in Singapore, Laura is a community engager, storyteller, and environmental creative focusing on collaboratively designing circular economy models. With a background in human-centered design, working in the sustainable and ethical fashion space in Asia, she is dedicated to exploring new ways of holistic and sustainable thinking about solving environmental problems.
In addition to her social impact work with ANEWKIND, Laura harnesses the power of artistic expression to catalyze change through “Clothing the Loop,” an experiential installation constructed using a lifetime’s worth of clothing. With over one million views, Clothing the Loop has mobilized a global audience to rethink the clothing waste crisis.
Laura has been featured by the BBC, Forbes, The Disruptive Design Festival, Singapore Design Week, and TEDx.
