Morgwn  is the head of products and learning at The Business Romantic Society. She is best known for her work at The School of Life, a global organization devoted to the development of emotional intelligence through the application of psychology, philosophy, and culture to everyday life.

During her tenure as both executive director and global creative director (2009-16), Morgwn grew the business from London-based start-up to an integrated learning platform and global network of 12 campuses. She convened a faculty of 100’s of the world’s foremost thought leaders and designed a pioneering humanities-based curriculum which saw more than 300K students take part in live events, classes, and workshops in London alone.

She led brand extensions into publishing, retail, and digital media, and launched one of the most influential online learning channels, now with close to five million subscribers.
