To humanize business is to make it more beautiful.

The House of Beautiful Business is a global community poised to humanize business in an age of machines.

Our mission is to shape a more positive vision for technology, business, and humanity. We want to radically change the language, systems, and practices of business through events, publications, targeted research, and learning programs, as well as inspire a worldwide movement of humanist changemakers.

Our annual flagship event is a five-day, invite-only gathering in Lisbon that brings together CEOs, founders, investors, technologists, artists, philosophers, and scientists in a playful and intimate setting.

The House is curated, produced, and hosted by The Business Romantic Society in collaboration with the BCG Henderson Institute, Galp, T-Systems, and other partners.

Meet the Team

The House of Beautiful Business was founded by Till Grusche and Tim Leberecht and is brought to life by The Business Romantic Society and a global network of contributors.
