Over the course of 12 weeks, we will explore, acquire, and practice the Powers—The PolyOpportunity’s ten essential meta-skills: Humility, Attention, Imagination, Conviction, Courage, Energy, Intimacy, Resilience, Laughter, and Time.

We’ll gather in a former Capuchin monastery overlooking the Hudson River to pause, reflect, and explore the tenets of healing-centered leadership. We’ll combine somatic, emotional, spiritual, and artificial intelligence to build the PolyOpportunity map from within ourselves.

Bringing together business leaders, scientists, creatives, policy-makers, activists, and educators from across the globe with local entrepreneurs, changemakers, and artists, we will meet to transcend the polycrisis and realize the opportunities ahead of us—for our organizations, our societies, our planet, and ourselves.

We’ll meet between Europe and Asia to synthesize our insights and inspirations, and turn theory into action. Our plan is that you’ll walk away from this historic city equipped with the tools to make impactful changes in both your personal and professional life.
