How can we make beautiful business a reality?

Our members, House Residents, collaborate on initiatives investigating various aspects of beautiful business and apply them to the everyday workplace. Facilitated by the House, Residents self-organize, work towards project goals, and share their progress with the community, for example in our weekly Resident Circles or in the members-only Beauty Shot newsletter. Here are some exemplary House Work projects:


Beautiful Work Lives

Over a course of six months and a survey capturing 300 opinions of a global audience, a group of 19 House Residents collaborated to inquire about the state and future of a more beautiful work life in the wake of the pandemic age. Learn more about the key findings and insights.
