Jennifer Petriglieri is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at INSEAD, and the author of Couples That Work, a book on how dual-career couples can thrive in love and in work. An award-winning researcher and teacher, shortlisted for the Radar New Thinking award in 2015 by Thinkers50, she ranks among the world’s most influential management authors.

In her latest work, Jennifer explores the developmental life cycle of dual-career couples, aligning with her past research on sustaining personal and professional identities in worlds of high uncertainty, such as mobile careers, organizations, and professions in crisis and change.

Her writing has appeared in the Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Learning & Education, the Journal of Organizational Change Management, and has also been featured in Business Week and the Harvard Business Review.
