As CEO of SYPartners, Jessica Orkin helps build organizations that intentionally pursue both humanity and performance. She has worked alongside CEOs at companies including AARP, Airbnb, CVS, Eileen Fisher, the Obama Foundation, Ralph Lauren, Starbucks, UnitedHealthcare, and WW (formerly known as Weight Watchers). Previously she held executive positions at design and consulting firms in the field of global brand strategy and culture change.

Angel Acosta works to bridge the fields of leadership, social justice, and mindfulness. He’s a proud first-generation Dominican-American, a graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh, and completed his Ed.D. at Teachers College, Columbia University. His research explores healing-centered education as a promising framework for educational leadership development and community care.
