The Future of Tech Relies on Women

Caroline Ramade explains why she believes that the future of tech relies on women—a vision she is pursuing as founder and CEO of the initiative 50inTech.

For several years, Caroline has worked to advance women entrepreneurs in the digital economy. For the past three years, she has served as the Managing Director of WILLA (ex Paris Pionnières), the biggest incubator for female founders in Europe, and as the Deputy Head of the Digital Department of the City Hall of Paris. She is also a board member of the French UN Women National Committee.

At 50inTech, Caroline seeks to amplify the belief that women can change the face of the economy and that they are a huge and underused reservoir of growth. 50inTech is furthering the cause in the EMEA region by building a platform-as-a-service to uncover, promote, and interconnect women in the tech industry. To crack the male-dominated code, 50inTech is seeking to build a women-centered solution that engages the entire ecosystem and includes men as allies.
