The New Collective Narrative – Part II
The COVID-19 pandemic and the anti-racism protests have only created greater urgency for what research by the nonprofit organization More in Common has shown: that we are longing for a new aspirational project that helps us overcome social and political polarization and unites us in building a better future after the crisis.
We are in a liminal space, and with stories as our north star providing orientation, we can still use this crisis for real transformation. What are those stories? And what might be the ONE story emerging from all of this?
After a memorable first session two months ago in which we generated a collective stream of consciousness, we shared our personal stories—and continued writing together.
This session was accompanied by Mathieu Lefevre, co-founder and CEO of More in Common, and Gemma Mortensen, chief navigator at The New Constellation Project.
