As co-founder of The Sadie Collective, Fanta Traore is committed to the agency and freedom for people who have infinite potential but are limited by the circumstances that inefficient policy and structural inequality has caused.

Fanta is an economist and entrepreneur currently enrolled in both the public policy and business administration master’s degree programs at Yale University. She works to advance the careers and economic livelihoods of Black women, youth, and the historically disenfranchised through analysis, social impact, and policy, to lessen inequality and close the gap in economics education access.
