The Post-Pandemic City

Rapid urbanization, climate change, and a hyper-connected society offer space for a new way of understanding and designing urban spaces, and at the same time, they invite infectious diseases, such as the coronavirus, to spread much faster and emerge more often.

Together with architect and researcher Itai Palti, founder of Conscious Cities and Hume, a science-informed architecture and urban design practice; Kristina Palovicova, co-founder of Secret City Trails; Marion Waller, urban planner and advisor to the Deputy Mayor of Paris; and Christian Knörle, head of company building at Porsche Digital, we explored the utopias of post-pandemic cities and neighborhoods that deserve a place in the world.
