Sophie Kleber builds user experiences that transform businesses and push the ways that employers and employees interact with technology. Before joining Google as the UX director for the future of work, she was global executive creative director at Huge, where she worked with brands including IKEA, Thomson Reuters, Harry Potter, and others.
