Belonging
A community where you can belong without having to fit in, where you can be bold and experimental without fear of losing face, where you can find kindred spirits but also disagree respectfully.
Ideas
A brave space where you can think, see, and feel the future through encounters and exchanges with the world's most inspirational thinkers and leaders.
Mission
A movement of 50,000+ individuals from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about creating a life-centered economy that honors all life inside and around us.
The HoBB community is a global network of 50,000+ business and nonprofit leaders, creatives, innovators, and activists with in-depth expertise and diverse experience.
Members come from more than 40 countries spread across the globe. They are different ages, genders, and at various stages of their careers, ranging from CEOs and company founders to emerging entrepreneurs and recent graduates. Their expertise covers dozens of disciplines and fields, including business, science, the arts, technology, academia, sustainability, medicine, healing, education, activism, and more.
What do they have in common? They want to co-author a future that is more purposeful, inclusive, and sustainable, in one word: beautiful, supported by an economy that prizes the wellbeing of all life over profit. They want to explore the overlap of art and technology, and test the boundaries that separate human and artificial life. They are determined to protect the global ecosystem, and they’re curious about how spirituality and philosophy might impact business. Above all, they feel responsible for the world they live in and want to see enduring change.

We are one but not the same.

We are ugly, but we have the music.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤ
Whatever happens in the House should not stay in the House.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤ
End in silence.

Leave the door open on your way out.

HoBB members host local gatherings throughout the year, which take place in more than 30 cities worldwide. These mini-events are often wildly original and set at unconventional venues. Past examples include 15 Toasts to Unfinished Projects at an airport construction site, a roundtable on climate responsibility at a former nuclear reactor, and a series of “dilemma” walks around Amsterdam. Interested in taking part? Connect with your local group on Signal or WhatsApp.
